The DeLorean

Since this journey began years ago, I feel like I have stories to tell.

Some of them will be in ‘real time’ or as they occur in my present life.

Some of them will be from the past.

For that, I will have to hop into my modified DeLorean and travel through time.  From the past, to the present, and back again.  I apologize in advance for any confusion.  The space time continuum is a tricky thing.

Since bottlings change and evolve over time, I will write the date I made my tasting notes near a small DeLorean when posting notes from the past, like this:

I have logged a database of the 60+ whiskies I have tried, and it will take time to get them all up here on Whisky Joe.  I have all of my tasting notes and addition to all of my thoughts on some scotch tastings I have been to and whatnot.  I can’t wait to share them all.

In fact, I am going to a Balvenie Tasting tomorrow!
